• Identify and understand business problems in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Architect and build AI-powered systems, including autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs);
• Partner with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications;
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, models, and platforms;
• Own and operate the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including data pipelines, CI/CD automation, and performance monitoring;
• Act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI and Agentic systems;
• Communicate complex AI architectures and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including architecture diagrams, model cards, and operational runbooks.

• 2+ Years of professional experience in an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related software engineering role;
• Mastery of Python and core AI/ML libraries;
• Strong experience with SQL and hands-on experience with vector databases for RAG implementations;
• Demonstrated ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows;
• Proven experience with modern agent frameworks such as Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, or LlamaIndex;
• Strong proficiency in the GCP ecosystem with direct experience deploying AI solutions using Agent Platform;
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost of AI workflows;
• Ability to execute work from design through implementation;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• English (C1).
