• Build and maintain conversational AI agents using Google Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI Agent Builder;
• Support the development of agentic workflows and multi-step, tool-using agents;
• Work with the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build, test, and iterate on agent capabilities;
• Analyze conversational data and customer interaction patterns to inform experience improvements;
• Contribute to the testing and quality assurance of conversational flows and agentic pipelines;
• Assist in the analysis of performance metrics to support continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with Conversation Designers, product managers, and engineers to align technical implementations with business goals;
• Participate in team ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions;
• Stay updated on developments in agentic AI and LLMs, sharing knowledge with the team.

• Foundational understanding of conversational AI concepts including virtual agents, intents, entities, and dialogue management;
• Experience building virtual agents on platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Amazon Lex, or Rasa;
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or another language with solid software engineering practices;
• Experience designing LLM applications including RAG pipelines, orchestration logic, and agent workflows;
• Strong awareness of REST APIs and webhooks for backend system integration;
• Familiarity with cloud deployment environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and CI/CD practices;
• Nice to have: Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks, practical familiarity with vector databases and hybrid search techniques, knowledge of the travel sector or B2C e-commerce, familiarity with Git and agile environments.
