• 3+ Years of relevant experience;
• Strong Python skills including FastAPI, async, and API integrations;
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or LLaMA;
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems;
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions to production;
• Experience integrating AI with PostgreSQL databases;
• Experience working with message queues like RabbitMQ;
• Understanding of real-time system design and voice/chat AI pipeline architecture;
• Experience with ASR and TTS technologies;
• Experience with APIs and microservices architecture;
• Experience with high-load systems;
• Ability to work with business logic and real customer data;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience building voice bots, background in call centers/fintech/collections, experience with WebRTC/streaming, Docker, Kubernetes, experience in call analysis.
