- 3+ years of software development experience with Python, including at least 1 year building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, ideally using LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands Agents, LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval techniques and LLM-based application patterns.
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbots or voice solutions, ideally deployed in production environments.
- Experience working with AWS and serverless architectures, plus Git and CI/CD practices.
- Fluent technical English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
- Customer-centric approach, with attention to how AI interactions perform and feel for real customers.
- High ownership and accountability, comfortable working autonomously and driving solutions forward.
- Collaborative and continuous-learning mindset, able to work across technical, business and multi-country teams.
