AI engineer

As an AI Engineer, you connect data scientists and software engineers, developing scalable AI solutions that are actually put into production. In this role, you combine knowledge of Machine Learning with strong software engineering skills. You develop AI and ML applications and translate innovative technology into practical solutions that add value to organizations.

• Develop AI and Machine Learning applications suitable for production environments;
• Implement traditional ML models, Generative AI solutions, and autonomous AI systems;
• Evaluate and optimize AI solutions to deliver demonstrable business value;
• Build scalable, reliable, testable, and maintainable applications;
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and various stakeholders;
• Work with modern technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud platforms, and GenAI/LLM integrations;
• Carry out challenging projects for different clients across a range of sectors.

• You have an affinity for both AI and software engineering and/or data engineering;
• You learn quickly, take initiative, and have an entrepreneurial mindset;
• You enjoy working for different clients and discovering new working environments;
• You are fluent in Dutch;
• You are interested in modern technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud platforms, and GenAI/LLM integrations;
• You have experience with or an interest in programming, scripting, and templating, and value high-quality code;
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and can clearly explain technical issues to colleagues and stakeholders;
