We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to support the development of practical AI use cases within a collaborative engineering team, contributing to AI-driven cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence solutions.
In this role, you will work hands-on with Python, AI services, enterprise data sources, and integrations, helping move prototypes towards reliable applications under the guidance of experienced engineers. This is an early-career opportunity for candidates with internship experience or up to one year of professional experience who are eager to grow their AI engineering skills.

Develop and maintain components for AI-powered applications using Python.
Build scripts, API integrations, prompts, and simple AI workflows for approved use cases.
Prepare and process data and connect approved enterprise data sources.
Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation and knowledge-grounding workflows.
Write unit and integration tests and evaluate AI outputs for quality and reliability.
Investigate defects and contribute to continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Use Git and participate in code reviews and collaborative development practices.
Support containerization, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
Document implementation details, setup steps, limitations, and test results.
Research relevant AI tools and contribute prototypes and recommendations to the team.

Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in software development, AI engineering, data science, automation, or a related technical field.
Working knowledge of Python and basic software engineering practices, including OOP, debugging, and testing.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and external service integrations.
Initial hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or agent-based workflows through projects or coursework.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
Basic knowledge of databases and data handling; SQL is a plus.
Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and structured problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Fluent English is a must.
Academic, internship, open-source, or personal projects involving AI, Python, APIs, or backend development.
Exposure to containers, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or deployment.
Cybersecurity or Threat Intelligence knowledge.
Interest in secure development, AI evaluation, data privacy, and responsible AI.

08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
