• Develop and enhance the brand’s main website;
• Create landing pages;
• Build and maintain web-focused design systems;
• Design banners and other digital marketing materials;
• Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events;
• Create interactive prototypes;
• Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions;
• Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets.

• 3+ Years of professional experience as a Web Designer;
• A portfolio is mandatory;
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;
• Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow;
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;
• Native Russian is mandatory;
• Intermediate knowledge of no-code tools, including Webflow, Framer, and Readymag;
• Nice to have: English at Intermediate level.
