ux/ui дизайнер for financial planning

Astek’s Engineering Competence Center delivers services and projects for the automotive, railway, and Oil & Gas sectors. Its specialized engineering teams work within project and competence groups, while the company also provides training and certification programs to develop consultants’ engineering skills.

• Design user interfaces and user journeys for financial planning, reporting, and analytics solutions;
• Create structured, multi-screen workflows for complex financial processes and large datasets;
• Design planning and simulation experiences covering data entry, calculations, user actions, and feedback mechanisms;
• Create interactive, clickable prototypes and mockups in Figma;
• Collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and iteratively develop designs;
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive and practical UX solutions;
• Participate in modernizing existing planning and reporting applications;
• Develop and maintain consistent UX standards across planning, analytics, and reporting;
• Design efficient and user-friendly dashboards and reports;
• Lead UX discussions and present design concepts to business users and stakeholders.

• Commercial experience as a UX Designer, focused on design rather than UX Research;
• Experience designing enterprise applications, business platforms, or products handling large amounts of data;
• Experience designing workflows and interfaces for complex business processes and large datasets;
• Very good knowledge of Figma and experience creating interactive prototypes;
• Ability to work independently with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical design solutions;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance, banking, FP&A, controlling, financial planning, or analytics; experience designing reports, dashboards, analytical solutions, or planning platforms; knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, Tagetik, Tableau, or similar enterprise planning and reporting tools; experience in large organizations or highly regulated environments; knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
