ux/ui дизайнер for Digital Surgery

B. Braun Group develops digital solutions for Digital Surgery and Asset & Supply that support clinical, surgical, sterile supply, and logistics processes. These solutions contribute to the digitalization of hospital operations, improved workflows, and better patient care.

• Design modern, intuitive user interfaces for digital products from initial sketches to final screens;
• Ensure the consistent application of the existing design system and develop it further with new components and patterns;
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder alignment and development preparation;
• Participate in user testing and translate insights into concrete design solutions;
• Present design progress to stakeholders and coordinate regularly with team members;
• Collaborate closely with designers, Product Owners, and developers;
• Contribute as a key member of a digital cloud platform team connected with hardware device teams in an international context;
• Contribute to the global B. Braun Center of Competence UX/UI by exchanging knowledge with colleagues and harmonizing and advancing user experience and interface design across physical and digital products.

• Degree in Visual Design, UI Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of experience as a UI/Visual Designer, ideally developing complex software products and working in healthcare or medical technology;
• Experience designing data- and information-intensive user interfaces;
• Proven expertise in visual design and a strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchies, and consistent brand experiences;
• Proficiency with common design tools, such as Figma;
• Ability to translate business objectives into project outcomes and support large design projects in a structured, long-term manner;
• Proactive approach with a high level of ownership and independence;
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written;
• Ambitious, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, solution-oriented, team-oriented, optimistic, and responsible;
• Nice to have: Motion design and animation and transition design, service design experience.
