Silberpuls helps people bring digital products, brands, and experiences into focus. The company designs websites, applications, and digitally conceived brands together with founders, marketing teams, and product leaders.

• Own the design of projects from the initial idea through final handover;
• Understand clients’ problems and goals and translate them into clear design briefs together with project management;
• Develop product concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Translate viable concepts into interface design for web and apps, ensuring that the look and feel fit the brand and target audience;
• Build and maintain modular design systems that remain effective after launch;
• Present work independently to clients in a well-founded, convincing, and business-relevant way;
• Shape scope, effort, and feasibility together with the PM so that solutions fit the budget;
• Improve colleagues’ work through reviews, sparring, and honest feedback;
• Build long-term client relationships instead of pursuing short-term successes.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product, UX, or UI design from agencies, product studios, or in-house product teams;
• Confidently use design tools, especially Figma, for rapid prototyping and precise interfaces;
• Work confidently with modular design systems and libraries;
• Make interface decisions informed by UX requirements and frontend realities;
• Make design decisions with an understanding of their impact on clients’ businesses;
• German at native level or at least C1;
• Fluent English;
• Feel comfortable presenting to clients, moderating workshops, and framing design decisions clearly;
• Use AI tools in research, ideation, and production with curiosity and independent judgment, and share effective practices with the team;
• Work in a structured and pragmatic way and turn an unstructured briefing into a clear next step;
• Value transparent and respectful collaboration and know when to ask for help;
• Be authentic, open, respectful, collaborative, proactive, and positive.
