emagine provides IT services and consulting. The project operates in the banking industry and focuses on payment products.

• Design and develop user experiences for payment products;
• Design and promote digital accessibility within the Design System and mobile applications;
• Lead design workshops with stakeholders and product teams;
• Create prototypes and prepare specifications for development teams;
• Define research hypotheses and select methods for validating them;
• Analyze data and define success metrics for designed solutions;
• Conduct usability and accessibility audits;
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions compliant with WCAG.

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Very good knowledge of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Lean UX;
• Experience leading design workshops and working with stakeholders;
• Ability to create research hypotheses and define success metrics;
• Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines;
• Knowledge of interface and interaction design principles;
• Very good knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, at least AA level, and practical application of accessibility standards;
• Experience designing for screen readers, including VoiceOver and TalkBack;
• Ability to design keyboard-accessible interactions and focus management;
• Knowledge of contrast, typography, readability, and information hierarchy principles;
• Experience designing accessible forms, validation, and error messages;
• Knowledge of mobile accessibility, including target size, alternative gestures, focus order, and accessible navigation;
• Knowledge of ARIA and HTML semantics sufficient for collaboration with development teams;
• Practical knowledge of Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence;
• Nice to have: Scrum methodology, low-code technologies.
