• Design user-friendly and visually appealing corporate websites from scratch, ensuring an optimal balance between functionality, aesthetics, and business goals;
• Redesign and update existing corporate websites;
• Create high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing goals;
• Develop attractive and functional email templates, ensuring compatibility across different email clients and devices;
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualise website structures and user flows, using Figma;
• Conduct usability testing and user research to understand audience behaviour, gather feedback, and refine designs for better engagement;
• Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimised for different screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistent quality and user experience;
• Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of designs that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.

• Have 3+ years in a similar position, preferably within a marketing environment;
• Demonstrate proven experience in UX/UI & web design for websites and landing pages, including a portfolio showcasing relevant projects;
• Possess proficiency in design tools such as Figma;
• Understand responsive and adaptive design;
• Create interactive prototypes and animations;
• Know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Work with AI in design;
• English level: Intermediate or higher;
• Russian level: Close to native.
