• Design UI/UX for real users while owning specific pieces of work;
• Think in flows and systems rather than individual screens;
• Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing high-effort design with AI-generated solutions where appropriate;
• Maintain and extend the existing visual language of the product;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality in production;
• Communicate product value through visual tools and design choices;
• Manage company resources, including time and development effort, responsibly.

• 2.5+ Years of experience in designing UI/UX for real users;
• Mastery of design fundamentals including principles, typography, color theory, grids, and composition;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and tokens;
• Ability to use AI tools for prompting, research, and daily fact-gathering;
• Understanding of code constraints (HTML/CSS) and a desire to work toward design-system components for markup generation;
• Strong judgment and taste to filter unnecessary design options;
• Nice to have: Psychology of perception, motion design, front-end skills, data-informed decision-making.
