• Lead end-to-end UX design across complex journeys;
• Define experience direction within the assigned domain;
• Translate insights into clear design solutions balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities;
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to shape and validate solutions;
• Facilitate design workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions;
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system;
• Champion inclusive and accessible design practices;
• Measure and iterate on experience outcomes, including task success, error reduction, and satisfaction proxies;
• Own experience outcomes within a defined product or journey domain;
• Lead discovery and design from problem framing through delivery across customer, broker, and employee experiences;
• Influence product and technology decisions within the assigned domain;
• Contribute to shared UX standards and experience.

• Proven experience leading UX design across complex products, services, or platforms;
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping skills;
• Experience contributing to and working with design systems;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• A portfolio demonstrating clear UX impact and outcomes;
• Nice to have: experience in regulated environments such as insurance or financial services.
