задачи
Conduct qualitative user research, including user testing, interviews, and focus groups;
Participate in and co-facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems;
Iteratively design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user journeys based on user insights;
Set up and use a design system to deliver pixel-perfect designs;
Design digital and physical prototypes for testing and learning with clients;
Bring concepts to life and create accessible user interface designs ready for production;
Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation of designs in Figma.
требования
Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, or Multimedia Design;
Have a portfolio demonstrating the design process and designs;
Turn research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations;
Have experience with design workshops and presenting and explaining designs to stakeholders;
Have experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
