• Conduct qualitative user research, including user testing, interviews, and focus groups;
• Participate in and co-facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems;
• Iteratively design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user journeys based on user insights;
• Set up and use a design system to deliver pixel-perfect designs;
• Design digital and physical prototypes for testing and learning with clients;
• Bring concepts to life and create accessible user interface designs ready for production;
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation of designs in Figma.

• Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, or Multimedia Design;
• Have a portfolio demonstrating the design process and designs;
• Translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations;
• Have experience with design workshops, defending design decisions, and presenting to stakeholders;
• Have experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Have excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
