ux/ui designer for eyewear products

YOU MAWO is an innovative group operating at the intersection of design, technology, and digital manufacturing. Its companies develop individually manufactured 3D-printed eyewear, software and technology platforms for personalized eyewear products, and industrial additive manufacturing solutions for the eyewear market.

• Conceptualize, build, and scale a comprehensive design library and design system for the website, app, and customer portal;
• Design pixel-perfect, modern user interfaces and create high-fidelity prototypes;
• Develop, document, and maintain modular UI components, UI guidelines, and style guides;
• Translate concepts and user flows into engaging, user-centered visual designs;
• Collaborate closely with software development to ensure accurate technical design implementation through design handoff;
• Support digital campaigns, landing pages, and interactive marketing projects with strong visual assets;
• Contribute to the strategic development of digital products and periodically analyze user feedback to optimize interfaces.

• Experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Digital Design, with a clear focus on UI design and design systems;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, typography, color, and web and app interface architecture;
• Advanced, confident use of Figma, especially Auto-Layout, Components, Variables, and Libraries;
• Ability to systematically create consistent designs across different platforms;
• Strong sense of aesthetics, brand management, and current digital design trends;
• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration;
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, understanding of conversion optimization and digital marketing, experience with AI-supported design and research tools.
