Adapt current CI guidelines across digital touchpoints to ensure a consistent brand image
Improve existing features and develop new ones based on industry standards
Test designs to increase conversion rates and optimize the customer journey
Take ownership of projects and oversee touchpoints across projects
Work independently, manage projects, communicate with relevant departments, and supervise production
Guide junior and mid-level designers and apprentices
Provide feedback on colleagues’ designs and the development team’s implementation
Drive projects forward and support agency supervision
Make design decisions and perform quality assurance
Fulfill the responsibilities of a junior and mid-level UX/UI designer
Manage personal workload, organization, and tasks
Document work in Asana and keep it updated
Monitor deadlines and report when they cannot be met
Handle cross-project communication

Understand and use AI tools
Understand user research and testing to collect feedback for improvements
Apply customer-centric design approaches in design decisions
Understand business requirements and demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking
Have communication and teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and a solid understanding of graphic design
Have graphic and design knowledge and market and industry knowledge
Keep up to date with trends, technologies, and UX/UI best practices
Develop UX/UI concepts, including wireframing, prototyping, and design
Develop ideas from concept through development support and quality assurance
Fluent English is required
