ux/ui designer for digital products

Saxum provides interim UX and Product Design services, placing designers within client organizations to work on digital products, user experiences, and scalable design systems.

• Examine the underlying question behind a request and adjust the direction where necessary;
• Gather input from users and stakeholders and translate it into thoughtful UX solutions;
• Work end-to-end across the UX process, from customer journeys and flows to wireframes and design systems;
• Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and substantiate design decisions;
• Actively contribute to the quality of the team beyond individual designs.

• 4–7 Years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products beyond static pages;
• Relevant completed higher professional education with research training;
• T-shaped profile with one deep specialization and familiarity with the full UX process, from customer journeys and user flows to wireframes and design systems;
• Strong ability to gather the right input and translate it into thoughtful solutions;
• Clear communication and ability to work with different types of stakeholders;
• Proactive and independent, with the judgment to align or ask for help when needed;
• Portfolio showing what was created, how it was developed, and why;
• Excellent Dutch and fluent English.

• Salary between € 3.800 and € 4.700 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience, with room for growth;
