Build a strong portfolio through real projects;
Work on real-world design challenges under the guidance of experienced designers;
Develop practical UI/UX Design skills and a design mindset;
Participate in research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration with developers;
Learn from mentors, design reviews, colleagues, and the design community;
Work with feedback and improve professional skills.
требования
English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher for verbal communication;
Completion of UI/UX Design courses;
Confident use of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools;
A portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or another platform;
Understanding of UX processes and interface design principles;
Understanding of responsive design;
Willingness to learn, grow, and work with feedback;
Nice to have: German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, experience conducting UX research.

The traineeship lasts 4 months;
Full-time commitment: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day;
A 1.5-year apprenticeship agreement;
Employment upon successful completion of the program;
Experienced mentors and regular design reviews;
A personal coordinator;
An own learning platform with courses, materials, and a knowledge base;
Candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in-office; participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.
