• Shape high-leverage product experiences;
• Design exceptional UI and UX from early concepts to polished delivery;
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches;
• Use Cursor and Claude Code to turn rough concepts into interactive prototypes and generate production-ready frontend code;
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one;
• Define UX requirements early and stay involved through QA and release;
• Make engineering-aware design decisions;
• Talk directly with customers and run quick tests;
• Track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness;
• Identify product improvements that can unlock business value;
• Align stakeholders around high-leverage opportunities and deliver quickly.

• Annual salary of €66,065 elsewhere in Europe for individuals with limited experience;
• Salary between €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe for candidates with considerable relevant experience;
