• Shape high-leverage product experiences;
• Design exceptional UI and UX from early concepts to polished delivery;
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specifications, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches;
• Use Cursor and Claude Code to turn rough concepts into interactive prototypes and generate production-ready frontend code;
• Define UX requirements early and stay involved through QA and release;
• Make engineering-aware design decisions;
• Talk directly with customers and run quick tests;
• Track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness;
• Identify product improvements that can unlock business value;

• Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe; exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe;
• The role is available in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or fully remotely from eligible countries;
• Most days in the Milan office are expected during the first few months, with travel and accommodation assistance; afterward, candidates may work from an office or remotely from approved countries as agreed at the offer stage.
