• Design features from start to finish, including flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces;
• Stay involved through implementation to ensure the experience works as intended;
• Design data-heavy screens, multi-step processes and daily-use tools;
• Use established design system components and patterns;
• Extend the design system when new features require it;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders across different B2B SaaS projects;
• Use feedback, usability testing and team insights to identify friction and refine designs;
• Explore AI-assisted design tools to generate alternatives, prototype faster and reduce repetitive work.

• Previous experience designing B2B SaaS applications;
• A portfolio demonstrating work with complex product problems and usable interfaces;
• Senior-level design experience;
• Independent ownership of complex features from early exploration through delivery;
• Experience making design decisions and working closely with software development teams in a UX/UI or product design role;
• Confident use of Figma, including components, variants, variables and auto layout;
• Ability to contribute to a design system;
• Strong UX thinking and UI skills, including hierarchy, interaction design, typography and accessibility;
• Attention to loading, empty and error states;
• Ability to break larger problems into smaller deliverables, prioritise and respond constructively to feedback;
• Clear communication and independent work across multiple teams;
• Comfortable working in English and explaining design decisions;
• Nice to have: curiosity about AI in design and willingness to explore new tools.
