• Shape high-leverage product experiences;
• Design intuitive and effective UI and UX from early concepts to polished delivery;
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specifications, and identify risks, edge cases, and initial approaches;
• Use Cursor and Claude Code to create interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code;
• Work with Figma and code to achieve the best design results;
• Define UX requirements early and stay involved through QA and release;
• Make engineering-aware design decisions;
• Talk directly with customers and run quick tests;
• Track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness;
• Identify product improvements that can unlock business value;
• Align stakeholders around high-leverage opportunities and deliver improvements quickly.
