задачи
- Enhance messaging experiences across mobile and desktop web platforms for job seekers and employers;
- Design UX solutions for AI-powered messaging features that improve user engagement;
- Develop user-centered designs with reply prompts, expectation management, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with the platform’s design language and standards;
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Legal teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility;
- Validate designs through A/B testing and qualitative user research;
- Iterate designs based on user insights and feedback;
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into design processes.
требования
- 3+ Years of professional, hands-on product UX experience;
- End-to-end product UX design expertise, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journey mapping;
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product UX expertise;
- Experience designing complex workflows or data-intensive enterprise experiences, such as search, filtering, or data export;
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design handoff workflows;
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and adapt quickly to new challenges;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal teams;
- Experience integrating UX research insights and iterating designs based on user feedback.
