• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs and business goals;
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing;
• Shape product requirements and user insights into actionable designs that balance usability, scalability, and impact;
• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, enhance user research, and bring personalization into the product lifecycle;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to bring features from concept to launch;
• Own and maintain a scalable design system across all touchpoints;
• Drive innovation and experimentation by staying ahead of the latest trends in UX, accessibility, and design tooling.

• 5+ Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a track record of delivering high-impact digital products;
• Prior experience designing SaaS platforms, ideally within B2B and for enterprise customers;
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping;
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered, interactive design across modern web and responsive applications;
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks and experience collaborating with Angular front-end teams;
• Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems;
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to transform feedback into user experiences that drive growth;
• Strong empathy for users and understanding of product usability and psychology;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Proficiency in German.
