ux designer for mission-critical products

SIROC builds mission-critical products for startups and global organizations with a small team focused on craftsmanship, clarity, speed, and end-to-end ownership.

• Own product design end-to-end, from initial ideas to polished user-facing products, ensuring shipped work meets the intended quality;
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Challenge briefs, sharpen product vision, propose solutions proactively, and help shape product definitions and specifications;
• Use AI daily for ideation, production, and improving quality;
• Produce UI/UX designs as well as visuals, images, short videos, and motion when needed;
• Build and maintain design systems and best practices across products and teams;
• Work directly with founders, engineers, PMs, and clients;
• Run workshops, align on direction, and iterate quickly.

• 5+ Years of software design experience across UI and UX, with a track record of leading projects;
• Demonstrate a product mindset and connect design decisions to business outcomes;
• Confidently communicate and defend design rationale to stakeholders;
• Master Figma and understand design-to-code workflows;
• Work comfortably with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and After Effects, and video tools;
• Have hands-on experience with responsive web and mobile design for phones and tablets;
• Understand iOS and Android design systems and patterns;
• Have strong command of design systems, components, and click-dummy prototypes;
• Speak and write fluent, clear, confident English; native-level proficiency is not required;
• Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, prioritizing, organizing, and executing under real-time pressure.
