• Own the full design process from understanding the task and defining the approach to presenting and defending ideas;
• Gather content, create strong UI, and turn designs into interactive prototypes;
• Work on company websites, landing pages, and product pages;
• Work closely with an Art Director and another designer;
• Use AI as a full-fledged part of the workflow;
• Use vibe coding to build interactive prototypes close to real websites, including ready-to-use content, visuals, and interactive elements.

• Have a genuinely strong UI portfolio and a great eye for detail;
• Understand the target audience, the problem the solution should solve, and the desired outcome;
• Clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions;
• Work comfortably with ambiguity, ask the right questions, propose solutions, and move things forward without a detailed brief.
