Approximately 3+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.Strong experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces using Angular.Experience developing applications that comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.Experience optimizing web applications for performance, mobile responsiveness, and variable network conditions.Experience with Nx, RxJS, and NgRx/Store for state management and scalable front-end architecture.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS layout techniques, including Flexbox.Experience writing unit tests using Jest and contributing to high-quality software delivery practices.Familiarity with Git-based source control workflows and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of front-end security principles and secure coding practices.Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within global distributed teams.What You May Need to be Successful:
Hands-on experience building reusable web components using Lit, or a demonstrated willingness to learn.Working knowledge of React to support and maintain existing applications.Experience with Storybook, Figma, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and development tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-native application architectures.Exposure to HR technology, identity, verification, screening, or other highly regulated software environments.Why Join Us at First Advantage?
