• Create digital brand look and feel, design systems, and pixel-perfect responsive interfaces for key clients;
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards while meeting user and business needs;
• Take a systematic approach to design, anticipating future needs and building flexibility and efficiency;
• Lead and support multiple designers;
• Elevate and strengthen the UI Design offering;
• Communicate the design process to clients from concept to solution;
• Own problems and feedback proactively;
• Lead design on key accounts with senior stakeholders;
• Present concepts and own design decisions;
• Represent the UI & Content team as a senior representative within the agency;
• Pitch as part of a wider team.

• Demonstrable eCommerce experience;
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Creative, meticulous, detail-oriented, and focused on craftsmanship;
• Experience leading designers;
• Willingness to adapt, take on new challenges, and continually improve;
• Experience creating, evolving, and developing brand identities;
• Ability to create and theme design systems for brands;
• Systematic approach to work, anticipating future needs for clients and customers;
• Keen collaboration with software engineering;
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to manage own projects and work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines;
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure;
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience working at digital or creative agencies and/or in-house design studios;
• Degree in Graphic Design, UI, or a similar discipline;
• Breadth of experience across sectors and audiences;
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality online design, including eCommerce.
