Timeleft is a social app that brings strangers together by matching groups of six for dinners, drinks, coffees, and runs in restaurants, cafés, and bars. The product operates across more than 200 cities in 52 countries.

• Own end-to-end design across the mobile app, web surfaces, back-office tools, and design system;
• Translate product goals and user insights into thoughtful, high-quality UX;
• Lead design discovery and execution from concept exploration and prototyping to detailed interaction and visual design;
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore opportunities, and deliver solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Apply systems thinking to keep work consistent and scalable, and evolve the design system;
• Communicate design rationale using storytelling and data to build alignment and move teams forward;
• Collaborate cross-functionally, take ownership of work, and adapt plans as priorities evolve;
• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas, and synthesize insights;
• Set the design agenda and quality bar across the product;
• Shape design systems, rituals, and future design hiring.

• 5+ Years designing mobile consumer products;
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and thoughtful problem-solving across mobile-first experiences;
• Strong interaction and visual design skills;
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools;
• Comfort working across multiple levels of fidelity, from early concepts to production-ready designs;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers while taking ownership;
• Experience using AI tools for design workflows and ideation;
• Clear and empathetic communication skills;
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively;
• Background in social, dating, community, or marketplace consumer products;
• Senior individual contributor role without design management responsibilities.
