• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer needs;
• Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership of their success;
• Research and bring forward new findings to reach company goals;
• Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way;
• Create wireframes, end-to-end flows, and prototypes;
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops;
• Implement technical solutions and present actions during design reviews;
• Review release performance and identify ways to enhance it.

• 3+ Years of experience in designing world-class commercial apps in-house;
• Portfolio featuring examples of product design work;
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms;
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions;
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions;
• Ability to take ownership of design processes;
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behaviour;
• Clean visual design sense;
• Skills in typography and grids;
• Love for problem-solving and being challenged;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field, experience programming and coding simple prototypes, experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems, experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
