Yesim is an international eSIM provider delivering secure and global connectivity solutions across 200 countries. The company offers an innovative application that enables users to manage multiple eSIM plans and share connectivity within a single account, serving over 3 million active users.

• Design end-to-end product experiences including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI;
• Conduct UX reviews to identify improvement opportunities across onboarding, purchase flows, dashboards, and retention surfaces;
• Transform product hypotheses into clear, testable design concepts;
• Collaborate with Product Managers on requirements, scoping, and prioritization;
• Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation;
• Analyze user feedback and support insights to discover usability issues and user needs;
• Create clear documentation for flows, rationales, component usage, and interactions;
• Participate in cross-team design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Designer for mobile and web platforms;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and visual execution;
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation;
• Deep proficiency in Figma including variants, component properties, variables, tokens, and prototyping;
• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints;
• Ability to justify design decisions with data, research insights, and business logic;
• Fluent Russian;
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Experience with large-scale UI updates or rebranding, familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG), experience with motion design or advanced prototyping, experience conducting user interviews or usability tests, knowledge of analytics and behavioral data, Intermediate or advanced English (B1–C1).
