задачи
- Designing digital experiences for an international eCommerce environment.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Conducting UX Research, interviews, and user testing.
- Collaborating with Product, UI, Analytics, Engineering, and Testing.
- Optimizing conversion and experience through Analytics, CRO, and A/B Testing.
требования
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design / UX/UI.
- Relevant experience in B2C eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Experience with Design Systems.
- English and Spanish, with excellent communication in English.
- Independent, senior, and proactive profile.
- Будет плюсом: Experience in large eCommerce companies, marketplaces, or digital companies; International or multi-market background; Experience in agencies with multiple clients; Mentoring designers or potential to progress to UX Lead
