Product Designer UX/UI

Unimatch Lab is an AI-agent-run venture builder from San Francisco with seven products across Future of Work, Longevity, Kids Universe, and Education. Its B2B operating layer connects company data from multiple sources and helps leaders identify and act on decisions. Its current products include a CEO CoPilot in Slack and on the web, and a legal back office for managing legal entities’ email, documents, signatures, and deadlines.

• Own product design for the shared core, current modules, and new modules
• Design end-to-end flows from signals to decisions and confirmed actions, starting with the CEO CoPilot and legal back office
• Map how data from different sources reaches users and determine what each screen shows first
• Validate flows with product owners and company users, then iterate based on feedback
• Design web interfaces and Slack experiences for the core and each module
• Design how the product communicates trust through source, data age, confidence level, and human confirmation before actions run
• Prepare handoff-ready designs and work with engineers through implementation
• Set the product’s visual language, including style, illustration, motion, and memorable user moments
• Use AI tools for routine design production while maintaining craft and final quality
• Build and maintain a shared design system and component library
• Set page templates, navigation patterns, and rules for displaying data
• Keep new modules consistent with the design system as the product grows

• 5+ Years of product design experience (UX/UI)
• Experience designing complex systems that combine many services in one product, such as super apps, marketplaces, or large corporate platforms
• Portfolio featuring complex, data-heavy interfaces and a strong visual concept, with the candidate’s role in each decision explained
• Art-direction-level visual craft, including creating a product’s visual style, illustration, and art
• Experience building and maintaining a design system from scratch or from an early library
• Strong UX thinking, including structuring flows and explaining design decisions to product and engineering
• Hands-on Figma experience
• Daily use of AI tools in design workflows, from research and concepts to production
• English B2+
