• Partner with the cross-functional squad throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and future iterations;
• Discover, research, design, and deliver engaging experiences across mobile and web;
• Evolve design concepts from early-stage prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups;
• Run user research sessions, use existing insights, and analyze usage data;
• Help estimate design effort, track OKRs, and measure how experience impacts members;
• Collaborate with the Design practice to identify members’ core needs and develop innovative solutions;
• Use and contribute to the Tide Design System to create consistent experiences.

• At least 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms in a product design or UX role;
• Portfolio or case study demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills, a clear process, and measurable impact;
• Ability to identify when research is needed and run moderated user sessions;
• Experience designing complex products and collaborating with product and engineering peers;
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to explain the rationale behind design decisions;
• Impact-driven approach and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and quality;
• Understanding of the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch;
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure performance and quality standards;
• Demonstrable proficiency in Figma;
• Good understanding of Design Systems and accessibility.
