• Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear product experiences across web and mobile applications;
• Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs;
• Build and iterate on interactive prototypes;
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components;
• Collaborate with Product, developers, and other stakeholders to carry design intent through implementation;
• Provide design leadership across product initiatives and help define UX strategy;
• Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional discussions;
• Mentor team members, promote design best practices, and provide constructive feedback;
• Lead and participate in user research and competitor analysis;
• Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing to evaluate and refine designs after launch;
• Present design work and explain design decisions;
• Manage multiple initiatives, timelines, feedback loops, and changing priorities;
• Stay current with UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design best practices;
• Establish and drive AI-enabled design practices within the Product Design team.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to present and defend design decisions effectively in English;
• Proven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes;
• 5+ Years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design;
• Experience leading complex design initiatives;
• Experience creating and analyzing user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
• Experience building user flows and translating requirements into design solutions;
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing;
• Data-driven approach to improving product experiences;
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools;
• Solid front-end development experience;
• Experience designing and delivering mobile-first and responsive web experiences;
• Strong interest in AI-powered product development and experience using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design workflows;
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries;
• Ability to mentor designers and contribute to design processes, standards, and culture;
• Nice to have: Experience with design tools other than Figma.
