• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define customers and their needs;
• Identify key project metrics and take ownership of achieving success;
• Research and present findings for complex company goals, including launches in new territories and new features;
• Design simple and elegant products, from wireframes to end-to-end flows and prototypes;
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops;
• Implement technical solutions and present actions during design reviews;
• Review release performance, identify learnings, and find ways to enhance it.

• 3+ Years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house;
• Portfolio featuring product design work;
• Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms;
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions;
• Solid understanding of the technical implications of design decisions;
• Ability to take ownership of design processes;
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behaviour;
• Clean visual design sense;
• Skills in typography and grids;
• Love of problem-solving and challenging work;
• Nice to have: bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes, experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems, experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
