Product designer in digital healthcare

Millions of patients and their families navigate the complexities of chronic medication every day. At DocMorris, we are looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design execution for our core prescription (eRx) products and innovative health services.

• Deliver high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for core eRx features, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Synthesise complex healthcare requirements into intuitive digital solutions, proactively planning design increments to accelerate team delivery.
• Leverage data and user research to validate your design solutions, ensuring we build products that genuinely solve patient friction.
• Act as a strong advocate for customer-centricity, partnering with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and protect the user experience.
• Drive the scalable adoption of our Design System and strategically integrate AI tooling to establish new team best practices.
• Actively share knowledge, mentor peers, and help elevate the overall design craft of the team.

• Proven experience owning the end-to-end design of complex, multi-platform digital products.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively across our teams and conduct user research with our local patient base.
• The ability to present and justify design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners using data and narrative.
• Strong proficiency in working with, and scaling, design systems.
