• 4-7+ Years of product design experience, including ownership of design strategy for entire products or complex product areas;
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking at scale, design systems, and measurable business impact across multiple quarters;
• Experience leading design for entire products and balancing stakeholder needs across teams;
• Experience with platform-level thinking, scalable patterns, and frameworks;
• Strong design craft and systems thinking;
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect design decisions to engagement, retention, and revenue;
• Experience making independent decisions in complex and uncertain environments;
• Leadership skills including mentoring designers, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and influencing without direct authority;
• Expertise in modern design tools and workflows, particularly Figma;
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
