TrustedHousesitters is a direct-to-consumer marketplace connecting pet owners with sitters so pets can stay happy at home while their owners travel. It serves members in over 140 countries.

• Own the end-to-end acquisition journey, from homepage to first payment, across web and increasingly mobile, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle nudges
• Co-own the experimentation roadmap with the CRO Manager by framing hypotheses, defining success metrics, and shipping rapid tests
• Maintain a high visual standard across every product surface
• Use Amplitude to turn quantitative and qualitative insights into testable ideas and move quickly from insight to design
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, contributing to decisions early

• Experience owning in-house acquisition or conversion work at pace
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and work at a high visual standard
• Ability to frame problem statements, propose tests, and explain the rationale behind test design
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, data, and CRM teams
• Experience with consumer products and understanding of digital trust and conversion
