Flowlined builds software for knowledge workers in sectors where specialist advice, case documentation, and regulated workflows intersect. The company designs systematic digital work tools and transforms complex, document-heavy processes into clear, usable software, using AI when it meaningfully improves processes.

• Design intuitive workflows and interfaces for complex, systematic work tools;
• Translate real-world processes involving documents, data, review steps, and exports into clear and efficient user experiences;
• Conduct discovery sessions and user research with customers;
• Create journey maps and facilitate prioritization workshops;
• Use customer, user, product management, product data, and user behavior insights to identify problems, opportunities, and bottlenecks;
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes with a high standard of visual quality and interaction detail;
• Make ideas tangible and testable early to validate assumptions;
• Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to prototype flows and logic, iterate with customers, and make designs realistic;
• Work closely with engineers to assess technical feasibility and quality and bring solutions to production;
• Contribute to and expand design systems and reusable patterns;
• Align direction and priorities with the team and customer stakeholders;
• Deliver high-quality work through short iterations of understanding, prototyping, testing, technical validation, improvement, and delivery;
• Share intermediate versions early, test assumptions, and use feedback to adjust quickly;
• Ensure quality, consistency, and finish when validated solutions go into production.

• 3–5 Years of experience in product design;
• Strong portfolio of launched, well-structured digital products;
• Fluent Dutch;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to clearly explain and substantiate design decisions to customers and engineers;
• Strong and fast in Figma, with experience in design systems;
• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Systematic thinking with attention to structure, reusability, and craft;
• Attention to detail, aesthetics, and quality;
• Ability to maintain a high quality level without slowing down iteration, user testing, or delivery through perfectionism;
• Comfortable with customer-facing work, variety, and tight deadlines;
• Practical and self-directed, able to take a project from ambiguity to a validated and deliverable solution;
• Nice to have: experience with React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui; experience with product analytics such as Mixpanel; experience interpreting user data and product behavior; experience with A/B testing and experiments; experience with usability testing and improving products after release; affinity with AI products and human-in-the-loop workflows; experience in document-intensive or regulated sectors.
