• Own the end-to-end design of native mobile experiences from discovery through shipping, measurement, and iteration;
• Design and champion reusable patterns and components that scale across the mobile product;
• Prototype ideas in Figma, code, or AI-assisted tools;
• Apply iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design with pixel-perfect execution and attention to motion and interaction details;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business partners, and stakeholders to drive delivery and remain accountable for initiative performance and success;
• Conduct and apply quantitative and qualitative research to validate design choices;
• Use AI tools for exploration, prototyping, and production, and help the wider team build AI fluency;
• Champion users and improve ASOS accessibility standards;
• Understand the technology, data, and business logic behind designed experiences and work within those constraints;
• Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and research findings clearly and early to influence stakeholders;
• Monitor new AI capabilities, native platform updates, and emerging interaction patterns, and bring relevant thinking into the work.

• Significant experience designing native mobile products;
• Deep fluency in iOS and/or Android platform conventions;
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product design craft beyond wireframes;
• Ability to design individual flows and scalable systems and patterns;
• Experience prototyping to explore and communicate ideas;
• Daily experience using AI tools in the design process;
• Strong track record in user research and experimentation;
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions;
• Expert knowledge of Figma and modern prototyping tools;
• Experience building and evolving design system patterns;
• Clear and confident communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders;
• Adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and a growth mindset;
