• Design and deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions focused on usability, consistency, and accessibility;
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and solve design challenges and align priorities;
• Use AI-assisted design tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and improve design-to-development handoffs;
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions;
• Help prioritize features based on user research and data;
• Develop and maintain design system components to improve efficiency and scalability;
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in compliance with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2;
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes;
• Participate in design syncs and workshops focused on work quality, design system evolution, and process improvement.

• 2–4 Years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro;
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and willingness to use them in daily design work;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices;
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing;
• Ability to justify design decisions using research insights, business needs, and technical feasibility;
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, designers, and department stakeholders;
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 and inclusive design principles;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS, learning apps, or platform environments, exposure to AI-driven design, personalization strategies, or analytics tools, hands-on experience with Claude Code, V0, and Codex, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional design sessions.
