Product designer for learning platforms

Product Design sits within the Product organization as a strategic engine for product growth. As a product designer reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will work alongside a pool of talented designers from varies seniorities.

• Design and deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, ensuring usability, consistency, and accessibility.
• Work closely with product manager, and engineers to define and solve design challenges and ensuring priorities are aligned.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to create prototypes, perform research synthesis, and improve the design-to-development handoff.
• Follow our product design principles and foster a culture of design excellence within the team and the wider organization.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Help to prioritize features based on user research and data.
• Develop and maintain design system components to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 & 2.2.
• Influence roadmap and lead design projects at different altitudes while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Lead with curiosity and develop an environment of continuous improvement within the design team.

• 2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., rapid prototyping, generative exploration, research synthesis) and a willingness to bring them into day-to-day design work.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate design choices.
• Ability to justify design decisions using research insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, other designers and department stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 & 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating design ideas clearly.
• Будет плюсом: Experience working in a B2B SaaS, learning apps, or platform environment; Exposure to AI-driven design, personalization strategies, or analytics tools; Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, V0 and Codex; Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with engineers; Experience in facilitating workshops and cross-functional design sessions
