• Turn product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile;
• Design and improve KYC, verification, and payment flows;
• Use product metrics, user feedback, and research findings to identify usability issues and inform design decisions;
• Plan and conduct usability tests and user interviews, and apply findings to improve product solutions;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, analysts, developers, researchers, and other designers on feasible, user-friendly solutions;
• Maintain design system consistency across platforms and identify gaps or improvement opportunities;
• Prepare Figma specifications, states, and edge cases for developer handoff;
• Support implementation and design QA to ensure the final product reflects the intended experience.

• Higher education in Design or a related field;
• 8+ Years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web and mobile products;
• Strong product thinking and experience using data, research, and user feedback to support design decisions;
• Experience working independently across the full design cycle, from problem exploration to implementation;
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with mature design systems;
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional product teams;
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work on real, shipped products;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: experience in banking, finance, or other data-rich domains; experience designing KYC, verification, payment, or similar critical customer flows.
