MaxBet is a rapidly growing company specializing in sports betting, gaming and gambling. It is part of Flutter Entertainment, a global online gambling operator, and has a strong presence in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

• Own UX and UI design across iOS and Android products;
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Design intuitive, engaging and commercially effective player experiences;
• Design end-to-end player journeys across onboarding, navigation and key product experiences;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into user experiences;
• Incorporate insights from UX Research and Product Analytics;
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout implementation and design QA;
• Maintain design consistency across products, platforms and markets;
• Contribute to the product design system and reusable components;
• Apply iOS and Android platform conventions;
• Collaborate with Content / UX Writing;
• Identify usability and interaction issues;
• Continuously improve designs based on research, analytics and player feedback.

• 4–6+ Years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer;
• Proven experience designing mobile products for iOS and Android;
• Strong experience in consumer digital products;
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product design processes;
• Experience with design systems and reusable components;
• Experience working with Product, Research and Engineering teams;
• Ability to translate complex player and business needs into simple solutions;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience;
• Nice to have: Gaming experience.
