Nelly is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare. Its all-in-one platform transforms administrative processes into intelligent, automated workflows covering patient care, billing, and next-generation payments.

• Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area from discovery through shipped feature;
• Contribute to evolving Nelly's design system and design language across the product;
• Improve core product metrics such as conversion and task completion through better UX in owned flows;
• Support the design team's process and structure as it scales.

• Apply end-to-end product design skills across UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI from discovery through implementation;
• Own ambiguous problems and drive decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment;
• Collaborate strongly with PMs and engineers from problem statement to shipped feature;
• Contribute to and help evolve a design system and design language;
• Have 3+ years of experience in product design roles, including experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment;
• Work comfortably in a small team with high individual ownership, little hand-holding, and few layers of review;
• Nice to have: Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
