product designer for enterprise IT

Stackgini is building an AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT. Its system understands enterprise technology landscapes, from technical configurations and application documentation to IT demands and dependencies across technology portfolios. Large organizations, including DAX-40 and Fortune-500 customers, use Stackgini.

• Own and execute the end-to-end product design process, from discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design to final UI and EPIC definition for engineering teams
• Design AI-native interfaces
• Work closely with customers, Customer Success, and Engineering
• Take designs through implementation with engineers, supporting them with EPICs, handoffs, and QA
• Define and improve information architecture and navigation patterns as the product grows
• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into design solutions and proactively propose directions
• Build and maintain Stackgini’s design system
• Understand user personas and their day-to-day needs
• Plan and conduct regular qualitative research with real users, including interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to the team
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities for new features or improvements

• At least 4 years of end-to-end complex digital product design experience; enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or similarly complex workflow environments are preferred
• Strong UX research skills, including interviewing, observation, and translating findings into design decisions
• A clear perspective on how AI changes user behavior and interaction patterns
• Experience across the full design lifecycle, from user research and concept development to polished, production-ready UI
• Expert Figma skills, including component libraries, auto layout, and design systems
• An AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools for research, copy, and prototyping
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code for rapid prototyping
• Comfortable working in early-stage or 0→1 environments with limited information
• Strong interaction design skills focused on flows, not just screens
• Pragmatic, fast, feedback-driven approach focused on impact over perfection
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to working with product and engineering
• Fluent English and full professional German
• Portfolio work is required: include at least one Dribbble profile, portfolio website, or screenshots/videos of designed and implemented interfaces, or a 2–5 minute project walkthrough recording. Candidates without B2B SaaS experience should use relevant portfolio work to demonstrate their fit
