GALVANY develops solutions that make climate-neutral living accessible, reliable, and affordable. GALVANY-Tech drives the energy transition through software by building an AI-based operating system for the sales, planning, installation, and operation of heat pumps and integrated energy systems.

• Design aesthetic, mobile-first interfaces across native and responsive mobile experiences, including navigation patterns, gesture interactions, micro-animations, and transitions;
• Own and evolve GALVANY's visual design system across mobile and web, including typography, color, iconography, spacing, and component libraries;
• Translate dense energy data, device statuses, and multi-step workflows into intuitive visual hierarchies and interaction models for small screens;
• Conduct usability tests, field studies with installers, and remote testing sessions to validate mobile flows and visual design decisions;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations from early concepts through shipped designs;
• Advocate for visual quality and user-centered thinking in product decisions and trade-off discussions.

• 5+ Years of experience shipping digital products with a strong emphasis on mobile design;
• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual craft and solid UX thinking;
• Exceptional visual design skills in typography, layout, color, and motion design;
• Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, iOS HIG, Material Design, touch interaction, small-screen constraints, and variable connectivity;
• Proven end-to-end responsibility from early concepts to shipped products;
• Proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and component architecture;
• Passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations;
• Fluent in English (C1);
• Fluent in German (C1);
• Ability to balance visual polish with shipping speed;
• Understanding of how context, screen size, and on-the-go usage shape mobile experiences;
• Ability to connect components, patterns, and visual decisions into a cohesive, scalable product ecosystem;
• Ability to validate assumptions through usability tests and direct user exposure;
• Proactive stakeholder approach and pragmatic problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Experience building or contributing to design with AI.
